DELE PHILIPS HAILS GOVERNOR OYEBANJI’S TRANSFORMATIVE LEADERSHIP
. . . urges Ekiti People to Rally Support Ahead of 2026 Poll
An entrepreneur and advocate of good governance, Mr. Dele Philips, has commended the remarkable achievements of Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, describing him as the architect of modern Ekiti and a leader with a clear vision for sustainable development.
In a statement issued by his Media Aide, Iyiola Adetola, made available to journalists in Ado-Ekiti, Philips lauded the governor’s three years in office as a period of visible progress across key sectors of the state’s economy.
According to him, the Oyebanji administration has redefined infrastructural growth in Ekiti through strategic projects such as the construction of the ring road, major link roads, and the iconic flyover connecting Ijigbo to Okeyinmi, projects he said will enhance commerce, ease mobility, and uplift the face of Ado-Ekiti.
He further commended the governor’s commitment to agricultural development and youth empowerment, noting that the administration’s investment in agribusiness and local food production is a clear demonstration of people-oriented governance.
Philips, an Aramoko-Ekiti-born entrepreneur and political leader, called on residents of the state to sustain their support for Governor Oyebanji, whose inclusive leadership style, he said, continues to promote peace, growth, and accountability.
He urged Ekiti people to rally behind the governor and vote massively for his re-election in the forthcoming 2026 governorship election, emphasizing that continuity will consolidate the gains already recorded in the last three years.
